Data Processing

RiskWise processes the data our customers upload to provide the Service, as described in our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Our commitments on how that data is used, kept confidential, sent to the third-party services that help run the platform, and protected are set out in our Terms of Service (see its sections on AI processing, your content, third-party services, and confidentiality), Privacy Policy, Subprocessors list, and Security Overview.

We do not currently offer a separate Data Processing Agreement. If your organization needs specific data-handling terms, contact us at Hello@GetRiskWise.com and we will discuss them with you.
